Product was not as described. Instead of a two 24 oz containers, it was four 12 oz containers.
Even though four 12 oz containers is the same amount of product as two 24 oz containers, storage would have been better if the product was as described.

This is my favorite conditioner. I have long curly hair and I put it on the bottom half. My daughters with long straight hair like it too.

New formula isn’t as good
I do not like the new Pantene formula. The lather isn’t the same. After 3 uses my hair is falling out more in the shower and causing my scalp to flake. Dissatisfied and disappointed because Pantene was the shampoo that was better than all the others I had to get rid of.

Contains Sulfates, False Advertising
I was suspicious that the bottle’s label didn’t say sulfate-free since products usually really want to advertise that lately, so checked the actual manufacturer’s website for this same product and it absolutely contains sulfates according to the ingredient list.

Awesome product for bleached hair.
I read a review someone gave about what conditioner to use with bleached hair. They recommended this one and I was very leery as I always considered Pantene as “cheap” hair products. This conditioner saved my hair. I dye my hair white which obviously kills the strands. I tried conditioner after conditioner just to find my hair was brittle and fried worse than it was from the bleach. It smells great and leaves my hair in better condition.I recommend Paul Mitchell’s purple shampoo to keep blonde hair in check and then use Pantene Classic Clean Conditioner. Purple is the opposite of yellow on the color wheel which means purple + yellow = white.Buy your Paul Mitchell from a salon or from his website NOT on Amazon. I have read so many bad reviews about the shampoo on here that I ordered it directly from the website. They gave me free samples and the shampoo smelled great and had none of the issues people have mentioned having with the purple Paul Mitchell shampoo ordered from Amazon. I’m guessing someone is selling fake Paul Mitchell products on Amazon.

Fake?
Do not buy this item. The bottles sent have no label, no ingredient list. Nothing! Wouldn’t want to put and unlabeled product on my hair. Who knows what’s inside.This is the second order that has been sent without any labeling at all.
